In a 4-3 vote, Mount Dora’s City Council approved a measure to allow open containers in its downtown entertainment district. Customers can take drinks to go in properly identified plastic cups. Outdoor consumption in the entertainment district is allowed all week from 7am to 2am. Businesses looking to participate must register with the City.
