In a change to so-called the “blue law” concerning Sunday sales of alcohol beverages, Polk County will now permit sales from 7am to 2am Monday. Previously, sales were allowed from noon until midnight on Sundays, a restriction found throughout many local jurisdictions in the state of Florida.
