Florida Sen. Kelli Stargel has filed a bill to eliminate a ban on the size of limitation of size of individual wine containers. The current law bans retailers from selling consumers wine in a bottle exceeding 1 gallon. If legislation passes, retailers can sell any size bottle they choose.
